The noise from the traffic kept us awake at night

The room was very clean and towels changed every day. The reception staff went above and beyond - so helpful and friendly.

The sound of traffic at night and very little sleep. I know you can't co anything about the traffic but perhaps you could try better sound proofing.

Good location close to Montjuic and Caixa Museum

Operation of lights in the room is confusing. Bathroom door does not close completely.

The treatment of all the staff was excellent. The big, super-comfortable bed.. The pool was wonderful. A unique experience. I went to this hotel for the pool.. The staff at the pool bar was excellent.. The location was very good.

Due to personal circumstances, I was only able to stay two nights out of the five nights I paid for. A tile fell from the top of the entrance wall, which was loose, which almost hit me in the head. They offered me to change rooms but I didn't want to. They fixed it up properly. The bath and bidet taps were uncomfortable and unintuitive to use. The bidet was small and when it was opened it would pour water on the floor. The toilet paper holders were very close to the floor and when using the excess paper it would fall to the floor, which is not hygienic.. It was hard to adapt to the light buttons in the whole room and bathroom, because they are not switches and they didn't always work at first. The wooden floor near the balcony door was rubbed and looked old. Very modern facilities that I had a hard time adapting to.. Some of the cleaning girls seemed to be overwhelmed and stressed out, when I asked them how they worked. You can hear a lot of noise from the traffic, even if it's soundproof. I find it expensive in relation to quality and price.

Great Stay with Modern Comfort

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here! The unique stone pillar in the room added a special touch. The rooftop bar offers fantastic cocktails, and I appreciated the friendly staff. Pro tip, catch the metro just a 2-minute walk away for easy access to the city!

Excellent location with great access to public transport and proximity to numerous restaurants and shops. The room was spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed, a well-equipped fridge, and a fantastic shower. Breakfast offered a amazing variety of fresh bread rolls and other delicious options that catered to different tastes. Minor improvements could be was good.
